Current Diet

Puppies are currently free-fed Diamonds Natural Chicken and Rice Puppy Formula.

Transitioning to New Food:

If you plan to switch foods, do so gradually over 10 days to avoid upsetting your puppy's stomach

  • Days 1-3: 25% New Food, 75% Current Food
  • Days 4-6: 50% New Food, 50% Current Food
  • Days 7-9: 75% New Food, 25% Current Food
  • Day 10: 100% New Food

Provided Worming Schedule

Your puppy received the following deworming treatments while in our care:

  • 2 Weeks: Wormer Given
  • 3 Weeks: Wormer Given
  • 6 Weeks: PETARMOR Sure Shot 2x
  • 8 Weeks: PETARMOR Sure Shot 2x
  • (10 Weeks if applicable: Wormer Given)

Please consult your vet for the ongoing deworming schedule.

Provided Vaccination Schedule

Your puppy received the following vaccinations (DHPP) while in our care:

  • 5 Weeks: First vaccination (DHPP)
  • 8 Weeks: Second vaccination (DHPP)

Recommended Future Vaccinations (Consult Your Vet):

  • 12 Weeks: Third vaccination (DHPP)
  • 16 Weeks: Fourth vaccination (DHPP), Rabies
  • Annual: Booster shots and check-up
